How to change Host Key on VirtualBox

Vritual Box: Changing Host Key

For a guest operating system in VirtualBox (innotek's x86 virtualizer), it will captures mouse cursor and key board events for use within the guest OS. To use cursor on your host operating system and to surf among other open windows, one needs to use "Host Key". VirtualBox uses the Right Ctrl key as the default key. 

If you want to change HOST KEY that key be something easier for you to use, follow these steps:
1) Open VirtualBox
2) Click on File and select Preferences
3) Select Input in the left pane
4) In the right pane, go to the Keyboard section and click the box next to Host Key containing Right Ctrl.
5) Press the key you wish to use as the new Host Key. I selected "Menu Key".
